A free subdomain
for your app.
Deploy your side project anywhere, then give it a short, memorable address like todo.jithin.site.
3–63 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
You'll finish on GitHub, so you'll need a GitHub account. A person reviews every request, usually within 48 hours.
How it works
Three steps. No payment, no credit card.
-
Deploy your app
Host it on any platform that supports custom domains. Note the address it gives you, like
alice.github.io. -
Add the domain there
Enter
yourapp.jithin.sitein your platform's domain settings. It will show a DNS error for now. That's expected. -
Request it here
Claim the name above and fill in a short form. Once approved it goes live, and your platform turns on HTTPS automatically.
Works with your platform
Point your subdomain at the address your platform gives you. If it shows a different value from these examples, use the one it shows.

How long does approval take?
Usually within 48 hours. A person checks every request to keep jithin.site safe for everyone who uses it.
Why do I need a GitHub account?
It gives every subdomain a verified owner and keeps spam out. Requests and approvals happen in public GitHub issues, so the whole process is transparent.

Can I use it for my company?
No. jithin.site is for personal, open-source, student and hobby projects. Businesses should register their own domain.
How do I change or remove my subdomain?
Open a change request from the same GitHub account you used to request it.
What happens if someone breaks the rules?
Their subdomain is removed and their account can't make new requests. Phishing and malware are removed immediately, without warning. Spotted something harmful? Email abuse@jithin.site.
